“The special service at breakfast. As there were only two occupied rooms one morning we received table service and there was soo much food supplied i thought we would need another table!”

“Moved here from another (awful) 'hotel' and was just so impressed. View is superb, right over the caldera. Location is perfect, really close to everything. The room and balcony were beautiful, the room is one of only 7 in the hotel in keeping with the buildings use historically. The staff welcomed us with a refreshing drink, and in the room there was a bottle of local wine, water and fresh fruit waiting for us too. The staff too were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Couldn't recommend how good value this place was!”
