“Slim breakfast to choice from but got us on our way quickly.”
“Conveniently located for a visit to Capitol Reef National Park. Plentiful parking, free WiFi. Front desk suggestions for place to have dinner were very helpful.”
“Good breakfast; swimming pool and hot tub; excellent helpful staff e.g. took cases up to room. Computer in lobby. We are planning the same trip next year and will definately book Red Sands. Good location for Capitol Reef N.P.”
“We drove 5 hours and arrived at 11pm and left early the next morning. We wanted a place with no surprises comparable to Hampton Inn/ Courtyard Marriott. Red Sands fit the bill perfectly.”
“Nice breakfast with hot protein items. Hearing of their expansion, adding on site restaurant.”
“Very convienent because the hotel is very close to Capitol Reef”
“Nothing special but the rooms were clean and comfortable and the price was good”
“The room was in need of a drastic update. NO BREAKFAST AVAILABLE AT 6:30-7:00 A.M. OR DESK CLERK!!! I called 0 for help and the line was busy!! The sink was too low, no coffee pot to use, wallpaper peeling at the windowsill, no exercise facilities and BEYOND BELIEF - NO ELEVATOR OR ICE MACHINE AVAILABLE ON SECOND FLOOR!!!!!”
“This was a nice place. We were visiting Capitol Reef National Park and it was about 9 miles away, on the same road as the visitor center. We were there 2 nights. What I liked most was they had an indoor pool and jacuzzi/hot tub. I didn't swim, but after 3 days of a lot of driving to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Capitol Reef - all were so beautiful! - I really enjoyed the hot, bubbly water to relax around 10pm, just before bed. I recall also they had a good variety of teas and the room was open for them all day and night.”
“This hotel was one of my favorites on our trip through Utah. The pool is indoor so it's great for all weather conditions. There is a patio out back where my daughter and I sat and read for a while. The patio overlooks an incredible, picturesque field with horses, cows and red cliffs in the distance. It's like a postcard. The Red Sands is located conveniently between Bryce and Arches (a few hours to each) and the center of town was only a moment's drive down the street where you could find great places to eat and grab essentials. Breakfast was very good - a variety of foods like oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, and toast was available. The kids all found something they liked. The staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for a relaxing, comfortable stay. ”
