“I lost 300$ from my vallet which I kept safety locker inside room(when I kept double checked) when I came to room around 5pm 11niv2017 just enter my pin locker was stacked then call lobby they came and opened then I suspect and checked dollars it's short 300$ I complained to management after two hours they they checked every think nothing to find sorry and if want go to police ! so leave it I no need more headaches so kindly request to booking.com if can to anything from your side please. “Efficient check in, you get what you paid. Shower quality is good; temperature & pressure were perfect. They have smoking room with an additional charge of Rp 25,000, have ceiling fan and can open the window so that the air in the room can circulate well when you're a heavy smoker.”
