“It had rooms available - there was not much choice for our dates in this famous walking area on Booking.Com. Staff were trying hard although international language skills were patchy.”

And the best things in my opinion had to be the hammock that was hanging from two trees near a river and the children toys :) Loved it, and definitely will come again, for a longer period of time.”

“Great hospitality! We were almost two weeks in Romania and it was one of the best places we booked. Feels as if we've came back from a family visit. The owners are kind and generous. They offered something hot to drink as soon as we arrived, I was cold and they gave us another heater other than the one we had in the room. Room was clean and cosy, breakfast was diverse, aesthetic and delicious. Highly recommended!”

“The location is fabolous - in a remote, wooded, quiet area but with a paved, well maintained road that leads to it. The concept is that of a mountain wooden cabin without loosing the daily comfort. You can see the owners put a lot of heart into this. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you may need. You also have parking and a yard where kids can play around. Breakfast is plentiful and delicous. The owners are perfect hosts, gracious and very friendly. Even though we stayed here for only one day, it was one of the best places I have ever checked in. We will return here for sure, it will always be our first choice and recommendation.”

“If you prefer a small family run pension set down a side road in a forested valley in the mountains, you will love this place. Arm Ella the hostess is warm and hospitable and speaks reasonable English. We had soup, trout and pancakes as our choice for dinner and it was excellent and reasonable value. Our room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was adequate size. Some reviewers said rooms were too small, but I think they are sufficient. There are other rooms to select and each slightly different.”
