“The hotel itself is very nice, clean and easy access to the centre. Staff were very friendly. There was a lack of internal communication, as I had to confirm them of my arrival and stay several times. Breakfast selection was ok. The hotel has a huge potential especially the location and design, I think if they improve their service quality, marketing campaign and set up a better service standard, it will attract more guests for sure! But overall I like it and would like to stay there once again.”
