“Great location on an island in the Rhine, but you do need a car to get there. Quite, comfortable room, great breakfast, nice terrace, great parking. Easy access to the river and cruises as well as the town of Briesach in Germany and Colmar and surrounding picturesque villages in Alsace, France.”

“Location is on an island in the Rhine River. Our room had one end that was floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to a patio. The view was of the river with swans and ducks. The bed was king sized and faced the outdoor scene. The accommodations are all modern with a great bathroom and shower. They make great French scrambled eggs at your request. The rest of the breakfast was good also in the European hotel breakfast style. There is a restaurant on the premises which is quite good. No other restaurants for quite some distance.”

“My wife and I stayed there for 4 days. The location is beautiful and also the view from the balcony. The facility is very clean and the stuff is very nice and helpful. The room (King Room with Balcony) was huge and beautiful with a big, comfortable bed and a very big, stylish shower room. Wooden floor and a big flat TV screen completed an amazing experience. There's not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel and it's more suited as a base while traveling around the Alsace area. Not much variety of restaurants in are (Almost none) except for the hotel's restaurant which, luckily, is amazing.”
