“I enjoyed the friendly and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Specifically, the woman named Brenda was an excellent source of information. I thoroughly enjoyed the area especially since my mother and I were able to freely walk around to restaurants to get something quick to eat. If we did have to drive, the drive to a excellent source of food was less than 5-7 minutes, something we both really enjoyed. Most importantly, I was very happy with the fact that the hotel was very accommodating to the fact that we needed to check in early in order to get to my best friend wedding on time. We checked in around 11:45A rather than 3:00pm. When we checked in our room was prepped and ready to go and we were just able to take it from there. Good job and excellent service to all at the Ramada in Pottsville, PA.”
