“Was very angry when I asked at 1:45 am for staff to get the guests who were drinking and socializing just outside my room and then again at 2:00am as they were still there. The previous night kids were playing mini sticks in the hallway until 10:30 pm. So needless to say, I did not sleep well at all and therefore I feel I should be compensated financially for our horrible stay. Also due to the load of hockey families in the breakfast both days I had to return to my room to eat and the second day at 9:30 there was way less food offered than the day before. We stayed at the Olds Ramanda Nov 10 & 11th”

“This was a great value. The pool and waterslide are great. The pool area was clean and warm and the water was just the right temperature. They also had lots of towels right there so you did not have to bring one from your room. The brealfast which was included was excellent. They had some gluten free options as well as the regular breads and pastries. There were hot and cold options. As well during the day the coffee bar was always available with lots of choices and fresh fruit was always there as well. The rooms were clean, the staff was fantastic. I highly recommend this place, especially at the price we were able to get.”
