“My room was way too hot to be comfortable and I asked that they check the air-conditioning as it did not seem to woirk. I was told that they had switched the aircon off and the heating.I told that this was not acceptable and that they need to leave the decision to the guests and that I would not be staying there unless they found a solution. They did. I was moved to another room. Well done!”

“We chose this hotel as we were flying into Heathrow for a rugby game in Twickenham and have used this hotel for that purpose before. The hotel is well located for the tube and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are a selection of good restaurants in the surrounding area and it is easy to travel elsewhere if you can’t find what you are looking for in Hounslow! If you don’t mind a 30 or so minute walk, Twickenham is within walking distance which is handy after a rugby match!”
