“The size of the room! Valued for money! The location is within walking distance. The nearest Subway Station is Seoul Station but you should takes around 10 mins walk to the Hotel. If you takes the KTX or Airport Railroad should be around 15mins walk. (it includes the walking distance within the station)”
“Room is very clean and good maintenance. Bed and pillow are very comfort. The location is excellent, close to Seoul station (exit 3) by only 5 minute walk, and walk toward Sejong Daero to Deoksugung (Seoul Plaza) by 10 minutes. There is an airport shuttle stop in front of hotel, that is very convenient for guest. There are also many convenient stores and restaurants nearby the hotel, such as GS25, CU, Subway, Coffee bean and tea leaf, Starbucks, Korean fried chicken, and also Vietnamese Noodle. I actually like the most is hotel staff that is really professional and service-minded. I really appreciated the staff who act immediately by calling the shuttle bus chauffeur to stop and waiting for us, and also help my sister drag her suitcase. That's very impressive”
“There is direct airport shuttle bus to the hotel. Room is spacious as it was a triple occupancy room. Friendliness of the Front Desk staff are just normal however the Concierge staff are friendly and helpful. Location is at the center of Seoul and it take about 10 mins walk to Seoul station. Hotel shuttle bus to various popular locations. If you prefer a quiet neighbourhood, this is the hotel to choose. Thank you to the Housekeeping attendant that clean our room.”
“some bread items broke down on touch because they kept so dry. Bfst menus remained the same throughout eight days; boring, the same thing everyday, alerted mgmnt. Their excuse was that they get meals by catering, not cooking there; remodeling, begged for understanding. Reception area is small for the number of people they accommodate, unlike other Ramadas. Furniture badly needed upholstering or throw all of them and replace with new ones. Expand the reception area. Entrance main doors were being kept open as customers forget to close them behind. Freezing cold winds were blowing in from outside. Bell boys were closing them as an afterthought. No instruction about heater turn on and off. A day before checking out learned to use TV remote to turn off cold air beam. I thought it was simply being cold, caught cold when I was checking out. Not a good experience overall. Will not use it again, nor would recommend it to anyone. Rates aren't cheap.”
