“I always ask for a quiet room. Only one time did I have noisy neighbors. So I called the office and within 5 minutes we got another room and never heard any noise. The staff is always helpful when I request a quiet room and that is why whenever I go to Greensburg I stay at the Ramada. Other places were too noisy. One motel that was cheaper had a air conditioner that woke us both up several times in the night. The compressor would kick on and it was so loud.”

“The room was comfortable and clean. However being on the second floor and no elevator that I could find made it hard to lug a suitcase up and down stairs. I am 79 years old and in decent health, but still would have requested other accommodations if I had known. Buffet breakfast was very nice and the omelet chef on Sunday was very pleasant and made a good omelette too! everyone was extremely pleasant.”
“Having breakfast available and included. Beds very comfortable. Towels very white and fluffy. The air conditioner went out the second day and maintenance was there immediately. We were given another room right away. The maintenance man helped us move our things, got keys to the new room from the front desk for us, made sure everything was working well and that we were satisfied. What could have been an uncomfortable situation was resolved immediately and with no inconvenience to us.”
