“The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating in moving around some reservations to ensure my mother could get an accessible ground floor room. Loved the free popcorn. The free breakfast surpassed my expectations - both in variety and changing from day to day. We stayed on the side opposite the highway, so noise was not an issue.”
“The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The pool was pretty big the hot tub was amazing and the slide kept my children busy for hours. The breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. Coffee is a moms best friend and kept me going all day. There's also a Tim Hortons right next door.”
“The front desk attendant was lovely! I have thick long hair and asked for extra shampoo and it was not a problem. I mentioned my son had a hockey game and I may, might, maybe be late at checking out, they said it would not be a problem at all, as I would try to hurry as fast as I could.”
“We stay there every time we com e to drayton valley and I have never seen such a flippen gong show. The hotel was full which is great but when does quiet time start? Kids running halls playing hockey in halls to midnight and longer. I had to babies and e had no sleep . I mentioned it to the front desk and her answer was that's what happens when hockey teams are in the hotel . We will never stay there again and forsure will not recommend you at all to anyone. Soooo disappointed in your staff ,we could not even get close to the pool and buffet never again”
“The beds were super comfy. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of choices of both hot and cold foods. We had a large group(10 rooms) and the staff was incredible about getting us all accommodated. The hotel was very clean.”

“The hotel clean. Our room was very clean and house keeping did a great job. The coffee in the room is excellent and front desk always had extra on hand in case re ran out. There was a guest night dinner one night, however we did not attend, but they served a hearty soup and fresh buns; looked good. The breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. The beds and pillows comfortable, they have both soft and firm pillows.”
