“Not being a "morning person" I asked for a 1 o'clock checkout instead of the required 11am. Absolutely no problem at all --- the guest clerk readily agreed to this to my surprise.”
“We were upgraded to a junior suite, that was excellent. The room was well cleaned however the carpet showed stains in many places, not that attractive. The cleanliness of corridors was unimpressive, even after the cleaners had gone there were still popcorn and paper wraps on the floors.”
