“Staff were very friendly especially on reception, they helped us a lot with phone calls and getting travel arranged for us. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and waiters very attentive. Rooms large and comfortable. Railway station is about 45 mins walk away down the back lanes, a nice walk where we met lots of people who wanted to chat to us. We had to stay an extra night due to a strike, staff were very helpful we didn't need to change rooms and they made the situation easy to deal with. Good shower.”
