Very friendly and helpful staff. We got cookies and welcome drink as a compliment from hotel. Very close to gondola and nice restaurant and shopping facilities nearby.”

“Расположение - чуть поодаль от основного скопления туристов, прямо напротив отеля находится подъемник, справа центральная ратуша, основная площадь, и транспортная развязка. Очень красиво и удобно. Отличная сауна и лаунж-зона на 7 этаже. Детский клуб впечатлил мою дочь-первоклассницу: ежевечерние дискотеки с предварительным аква-гримом, дневная программа так же очень интересная.”

“Были в конце ноября (25-28), брали номер бизнес-класса на уик-энд в честь дня рождения подруги. Дали номер с видом на реку и горы, но не в сторону города и центральной площади (там президентские люксы), а в сторону долины вверх по реке. В номере очень чисто, тихий шум речки только успокаивает и отнюдь не мешает. Вид из окна очень приятный, машины не шумят. В качестве комплимента от отеля на день рождения принесли приятный милый тортик в комплекте с заказанными уже мной цветами и шампанским.”
