“The staff was very focused on customer service, Nisha at checkin made us feel welcome while handing the checkin process well and answering all questions. It was a great anniversary getaway, the balcony with the view of the city was worth a little more although all of the rooms would have been pretty. The room was comfortable, plush bedding. space for the beds was a bit cramped but the rest of the room was average for space. Pairing this room with dinner at the rotating restaurant on the top floor was a felt special. Contacts to make reservations at the restaurant were not handled very well, there was still a problem with the reservation when we got there but it was handled well. Good steak restaurant with a few other choices too and breakfast buffet in the morning. Another more causal restaurant/bar on the main floor with extended hours.”
