“The eggs were wonderful and the bed and pillows were like a cloud.! We were in Cleveland for a funeral of a long time friend. My roommate is as from California and me from Columbus, we both smoke and when checking in, we were told that all rooms were non-smoking. But, the front desk employee went out of her way to accomodate us, arranging for a room with a balcony. She told us that we could smoke there, which we did gratefully.! We did not smoke at all in the room, only the balcony... At all times!!!!”
