“The men at the reception helped me at late night to arrange a phone to Avianca call center, after a lot of efforts as my flight had got cancelled. The staff at breakfast was eager to satisfy needs. Rooms were nice and spacious”
“Fantastic place to stay - amazingly comfy bed, strong shower, large and exceptionally clean room (the maids always went the extra mile, often visiting the room twice a day), relaxing spa, beautiful views from the rooftop Jacuzzi, lovely pool area as well as very friendly and helpful staff (the doorman in particular)! ...and try out the cafe on the second floor, lovely selection of teas! The location is on the beach (but as with all beaches in Cartagena, full of people trying to sell you things) so we just chilled by the pool most days. The old town is just a ten minute taxi away, and the price is reasonable - we went into town at least once a day which is full of wonderful sights, restaurants and bars!”
“The staff at this hotel are really service-minded and friendly. The facilities are great and both rooms and the hotel in general appears modern and appealing. I had a wonderful massage in the hotel's spa and the pool is really nice and larger than I had expected from the photos. Good breakfast as well and the restaurant also served great food for lunch and dinner. Would stay here again! And the beach has a lot fewer vendors compared to the beach in Bocagrande.”

“I was traveling with my mom and we loved this place, we stayed at the junior suite and the room was so cozy. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help you and give you a smile. The buffet breakfast was incredible, you can eat as much as you can and testing different kind of dishes. The restaurant offers delicious food and the price is not so high related with its great quality. It's TOOO close to the beach, just take off your shoes and immediately you can feel the soft sandy on your feet!! There's a bar with music live which is fantastic if you don't want to go out for having a great time at night! Definitely if i go back to Cartagena I'll be visiting Radisson over and over!!! ”
