“When I booked I optioned for for one large double bed (151-180 cm wide). The room was fitted with two single beds (narrow) staying together but easily sliding from each other. When contacted the hotel staff and told them about the problem I was told that they could do nothing as I should have put "SNQ" in the reservation message and not "SN" ???? When I then explained that I had booked over Booking .com I was told that I should contact that travel agency (Booking.com) as the error is on their side....”

“I landed a bit early and to my surprise they gave me a room at 8 AM... no one does it these days even if they have free room, they earned my loyalty for this small favour ! as a Carlson member now I am only going to stay in Raddision whenever possible !!! The hotel is really good with casino @ ground floor with free pass for hotel guests I think it was a great pick for me.”

“Easy to find (but be careful there is apparently another radisson in Copenhagen make sure the taxi driver knows which one. Room quiet and clean. Reasonable views out of the window, better the higher up you are of course. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Someone in our party had their birthday and the hotel gave them chocolates/sweets etc. We had some champagne and they gave us glasses no questions asked. All staff spoke fluent English, it is amazing (it's not unusual in Scandinavia) They have a big casino so for those who like that kind of thing…”
