“Everything was great and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their continental breakfast was very good, healthy selection, lots of fruits and assorted healthy snacks, tea/coffee and freshly squeezed juice. Great gym on the 11th floor small but very clean.”
“The reception staff & concierge were helpful, but not assertive. On our second day, I gave the concierge a list of 5 restaurants we would like to have had dinner at, and a time of 7.30pm. On our return to the hotel he told me there were only 2 who could take us, but not at 7.30 it would have to be 7pm. I said that would be fine. He rang back, and found they'd taken other bookings (as you would).... I can't quite work out, why he couldn't have just booked one/or both of them, and then rung them back if a) we'd said no to the 7pm start time, or b) if we didn't want to go?? He then had to ring all sorts of other places, that we hadn't been referred too, and ended up at a very strange place, that wasn't what we had chosen.”
