“not very impressed as some maintenance work carried out at the entrance and no direction sign placed or no guidance. The place looks dark and gloomy. Staff awaits for tips rather than service. Supervisory attention is lacking. Hotel taxi service is okay still too high as they do not allow "call taxis"”
