“The door staff are very friendly and polite, the reception area is bright, clean and open, and the check-in staff professional, efficient and knowledgeable - so you get off to a good start. The room I had was large, well furnished, very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Tea and coffee were available in the room, and plenty of bottled water provided. Lots of hot water for showers and baths. Very clean and tidy. Large TV in the room with a large selection of channels so you can find something to watch if you have a spare hour and want to just relax. The swimming pool was refreshing, which was great for swimming a few lengths and waking you up a little! The business lounge on the roof was a good place to look over the surrounding area. The buffet breakfast and evening buffet meal were great value - lots of variety on offer so you are sure to find something to your taste, and try some things you may never order on its own before.”
