• Important Notice
  • Please note the following are charged at time of service, check-in or check-out:<br>- Check in is from 14:00 until 22:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge of AUD 30.<br><br>Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.<br><br>Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.<br><br>All international cards will be charged and refunded in AUD currency, and the hotel is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates.<br><br>Cash is not an acceptable form of payment at this property. You are kindly requested to present a valid credit card and photo ID upon arrival.<br><br>Please note guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.<br><br>A security credit card per-authorization of AUD 100 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br><br>Please note the reception hours are as follows:<br>8:00-20:00<br>If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.<br><br>Please note that luggage storage is available for each room at a charge of AUD 5 per room till 20:00. Please note that luggage will not be stored overnight.<br><br>Please note that blankets are not provided in summer. If required, blankets are available to hire from reception for an additional AUD 10.<br><br>Please note that each room has a full service (change bed linen, bath linen, make bed, dust, vacuum, remove garbage) on the 5th day or stay (applicable only if the guest is staying a minimum of 8 nights). On the other days, the room will receive a light service (garbage removal only). Guests can requires room cleaning on additional days for an additional charge of AUD 12.50 for rooms with shared bathrooms and AUD 15 for rooms with private bathrooms.<br><br>Limited car parking is available for an additional charge of $28 per night. Guests can only reserve parking on arrival at the property.
