All staff were very helpful and nice to deal with. The hotel itself is an old palace and was amazing to walk around in. The swimming pool, bar and restaurant were all great to relax in. And the service deserves praise here…. Right from the time you enter the property they really look after you and make you feel welcome…without being overly enthusiastic…. Really enjoyed the culinary delights as well.. The laal maas, fried bhindi and the gulab jamun are a must try…All in all, so glad that I picked this property and it is completely worth the extra 30 minute drive into Udaipur…”
“This hotel is fantastic. The location, in a village off the highway about a half hour or so from Udaipur, is great. The property itself is so well designed and finished, with a perfect balance of the old and the new. The various vantage points peppered around the property provide a variety of perspectives on the goings on in the village, and the intimate nooks and alcoves provide quite places to appreciate the ambience. The bar and restaurant areas were really comfortable, and the food, drink and service were all perfect. And the pool was awesome.”
