“I am very thankful for R&B hotel, It is my second stay in this hotel(April 2017 and July 2017), My flight was cancelled due to plane engineering problem. I emailed them right away, they are very considerate and moved my booking for two nights without extra charge, I will definitely stay in this hotel every time I'm in Tokyo. I enjoyed the breakfast and the room size is enough for me and my friend. Comfortable bed and pillow. The hotel is accessible and in front of the train station.”
“I enjoyed my one-night stay at R&B Hotel. The room was small, but it had all the things that I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower and toilet were clean. Though it was close to the station, I couldn't hear the noise of the train (I stayed at the 4F.) I used the coin laundry and it was really convenient. Locationwise, it was perfect. It was right next to the train station. There are several food choices around the neighbourhood. It is on the Yamanote Line, which makes it easy to go to all the must-visit places. Lastly, the staff were very kind. I'll definitely considering staying again at this hotel.”
