“If you prefer to be away from city rush and planing to explore more mountains and other attractions this place is perfect for you. However, having a car it is advisable to move around but if you do not, there is a curtesy bus which will take you down and up from the city centre.”
“Appreciated the friendly staff and view over the city of Funchal. A hotel shuttle takes you into the city and picks you up if required. Public transport system can be reached within 5 minutes walk.”

“Fantastic views, hotel shuttle to and from town centre twice per day on week days, it is not in the main tourist hotel area, staff are very good, walking tours pickup and drop off at hotel, the toboggan ride from Monti passes the hotel, finishing 100 metres past entrance. Comprehensive breakfast. Dinner normal for hotel, best to sample the restaurants to the East of the town near cable car, €10 by taxi.”
