“The comfy in the room..large bed and the cleanliness.”
“The hotel is quite modern and comfortable. The room was spacious. The pool is a nice extra, but has only a few sun beds. But at the time we stayed at the hotel, there were mostly business people, so we had the pool and the sun beds for ourselves. The breakfast is very big and has a lot of things to choose from - asian meals and also western (toast, butter, cornflakes, pancakes, ...) and even live cooking (omelette...). The staff tries its best to make the guests feel welcome, they are very friendly and helpful. In addition, the hotel offers some spa treatments. The spa is not built yet, so massages are at one of the hotel's rooms. The ladies are very good at it and give nice asian treatments.”

“begitu datang langsung dibawakan welcome drink, stafnya ramah, saya datang kamar sudah siap, jadi tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk check in, pdhl wkt itu kondisi lumayan crowded krn banyak tamu yg hrs extend krn bandara ditutup akibat erupsi gunung agung, namun tamu yg sdh booking tetap mendapat pelayanan yg maximal,kamarnya bersih, tenang, sarapannya variatif. awal booking saya ada permintaan khusus agar kamar di pinggir kolam, biasanya permintaan khusus ini jarang bisa direalisasikan, ternyata saya mendapatkan kamar sesuai dgn permintaan saya tersebut😍😘”

“Room & toilet selalu bersih. AC berfungsi baik. Ammenities toilet lengkap. Hanya saja lemari es kurang berfungsi. Breakfast sudah lumayan ada peningkatan dari sebelumnya saya pernah menginap disini. Terutama dari segi rasa sudah baik. Pool bersih. Hanya saja area pinggir pool ada semut. Overall, very recommended hotel.”
