“Great shuttle to other restaurant”
“Clean, classic and modern decor. Bed was comfortable, front desk was both professional and pleasant to deal with. Checking in and out was a breeze. Loved that a single rose was left for me at my door as it was Valentine's Day weekend. Abundance of clean towels. Extra roomy shower (no tub). Ultra plush robes. One of the nicer hotels I've stayed in.”
“Bed and sheets very comfortable, towels--lots of them which is great, the robes were awesome, the pool was excellent.”
“Loved the comfy beds and the fact that hey were able to change my room from a king size bed to two queens.”
“The hotel was very busy with 3 weddings yet it was not loud, nor did it feel crowded. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The surrounding area was very nice. Close enough to walk to town and along the water.”
“Friendly staff and clean hotel in a good location.”
“Professionalism of staff. Staff very knowledgeable of all the main tourist sites and restaurants.”
“There are so many excellent things to say. From the front door to the back door, check in to check out at both Pillar and Post for the Spa and Queens Landing for the stay. Frank front desk and A an J”
“The staff were friendly, the room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable.”
“Tiara restaurant is excellent. The front of house and waiting staff were all excellent. Knowledgeable on the menu and wine list, very friendly, very helpful. Quality of food and drink also excellent. Dined in the evening and also for breakfast. Reception staff and concierge were all very helpful and great with our son. Swimming pool is good, but changing rooms not very convenient, being the other side of the gym, so you tend to drip water across the gym to get back to the changing rooms. Location of the hotel is great, just a short walk to Queens Street and a good selection of bistros, restaurants and shops. We visited many years ago, but wanted our son to now experience Niagara Falls. This is by far the best way to do it. Stay in the lovely town of Niagara on the Lake and just visit the tourist attractions of the Falls during the day, returning to the tranquility of Queens Landing. perfect for visiting the local vineyards too.”
