“The lovely young desk clerk (Emily?) was very helpful with recommending a restaurant and a light show that made our visit to Bourg-en-Bresse memorable. We don't speak French and she spoke a little English and made that effort to help us. Location is fantastic for train travel. The fan in the room was a much needed amenity on a hot night. We had a very early breakfast which they accommodated.”
