“The staff was friendly and helpful. Booking.com misrepresented the room we were to get, and the manager, Heather, upgraded to the room I thought I was getting, without charging extra. The continental breakfast help-yourself buffet was good, wish they had bacon though. Overall,nice stay. Only thing that was not so good, was that the elevator was not running,or they had none. I would stay there again, and recommend others to stay there!”

“The staff was able to get us a room with no steps for access after the original room was found to be upstairs with no elevator (I had 2 92 yr olds with me and stairs and luggage were not going to work) Also chocolate chip cookies were great at night. The staff did a wonderful job of keeping our room clean and supplied with the necessities. The breakfast was standard but good and fresh fruit was available. Having coffee always fresh was a bonus.”
