“The breakfast was terrible, biscuits extremely hard, eggs not cooked and runny. Orange juice tasted terrible. The room had a Spanish Microwave that nobody knew how to turn it on. The refrigerator wasn't working, and spots on the sheets”

“We come in the summer to swim in the pool. I understand it's weather permitting but when it rains the night before, no storms in sight the next day, a ton of family and kids staying you'd think they would have the pool cleaned and chemical ready by 9am. Not start at 9am. Kids were sad faces standing around while the pool guy took his time. That could have been handled better. And all who were there agreed.”
