“The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. I loved having the separate sitting area in our suite. We has an issue with our tv in the sitting area not working and I was unable to call the front desk. When I went down to use the hot tub, I mentioned it to the young lady at the desk and she came to our room right away. She fixed the tv and showed me how to properly use the phone.”
