“The staff was so nice...my mom was having surgery and I wanted a room next to the rest of my family and so when I checked in and found out I was on the 2nd floor and they were on the 1st I was crushed but when I asked if there was anyway I could be moved to by then and explained, the lady working when I checked in was so nice and understanding she made it work and put me right next to the rest of my family. I was so nice and appreciative!!!!”
