“We are new to your facility, we had stayed just down the street, and they were so cheap. eg. One washcloth per couple, no extra roll of toilet, no shampoo, 1 small bar of soap for the two of us. This is why we wanted to try yours. We thought WOW, this is how a hotel is supposed to be. We have to come to Kamloops for hospital stays. THIS IS OUR HOME Away from home.
