“Location, nice room, staff, clean and price. The first night I had a room that had the carpet outside of the bathroom literally soaked. I discovered it when I stepped in it with only socks on. The socks got soaked. When I told the front desk, she quickly offered to put me in another room. I said that with towels over that area I'd stay put since I would only be there one night. Due to business, I needed to extend my stay two more nights. The staff member at the desk was able to do that with another room and a discount because of the original room. One thing I noticed is a slight odor when AC turned on in both rooms, much more in first room. It was not pleasant but fortunately wasn't too strong. I did mention it to maintenance. I would stay here again”
