“When I first arrived the front desk clerk said there was no reservation in the system for me, so I showed her my confirmation from Booking.com. She then booked me into a room on the third floor and when I arrived at the room there were two small double beds and not 2 queen beds as I had booked. When I called down to change rooms they only had a room on the ground floor with an outside door that had two queen beds. I had to take my two kids and 78 year old mother back down and go outside to get to the room. When I arrived in the room it was cold and damp, the bed sheets felt damp and so did the floor. I walked over to turn up the heat and the carpet by the heater was wet. When I told the lady at the front desk the next morning she did not seem to care at all. I did not eat the breakfast the next morning because it was disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel.”
