“It being the second half of October we were the only guests in the Hotel. Amazingly generous breakfast prepared by the proprietor’s mother. We enjoyed talking to him and he pointed us in the right direction for the castle. On leaving we were presented with half a litre of his own olive oil. A real family Hotel, built by his parents in the 1950s.”
