The staff is great; from the front desk to the kitchen and the housekeeping ! The owner is balinese and he is devoted. He does not charge too much for food or transport, very reasonable prices. “The staff are unbelievably nice and friendly. I had some issues when I arrived and the went above and beyond to take care of everything. I truly recommend these guys. Seng (owner), Joga, Madi (chef), I’m not sure I’m spelling their names correctly, are so nice and service minded. The pool is fantastic! They offer free shuttle 3 times a day to the beach. Take a walk around the place and you’ll see amazing views.”
“This hotel was excellent! The staff were so helpful and they invited us to join in with their laughing yoga session, which was amazing. It is situated in a nice quiet spot and the beach down the bottom is nice. The only downside is that the area is developing quickly and will soon be much more built up I am sure.”
“we really loved this hotel. the staff couldn't do any more for you. so friendly and tried to please every little fussy thing you came up with. the hotel is in a really nice location right near the beautiful pandawa beach. we stayed in one of the villas and really loved it. the only downside of this hotel was just the coffee. please improve on that. big thanks to yogi who made our holiday even more pleasant with his kind and friendly personality.”
“The staff were most willing to assist with any of our enquiries and needs. The Shuttle Service was excellent. They took my friend and myself to a few local areas without charging and also had very reasonable fees for day trips etc. The Hotel is small with only 12 rooms so is quiet and being situated on the top of a hill, the breeze from the Pandawa Beach makes it a very pleasant place to stay. Breakfasts are good and the kitchen area is very clean.”
