“Comfy bed Some of the staff were great and keen to make sure your stay was a success. Unfortunately, a lot more weren’t that great. Management need to take responsibility and implement better training.”
“The hotel was convenient for the rugby stadium and the large shopping centre was a 5 minute walk away. The hotel sits at the back of the zoo so from some of the bedrooms and from the patio area you can see the zebra pens and gazelles - on our first day we also saw the meerkats but not sure if they escaped !! as were not there for the rest of the stay and there was a small hole in the fence :) The hotel and rooms were clean and the breakfast was up to the usual standards.”
