“1. The woman upon chck in was EXCELLENT. I'm in the industry and it is *so important* to have a strong reliable employee @ the FD such as this employee. Everything from smiling & greeting upon my arrival, to acknowledging the person whom came in behind me during my transaction, to my last minute request for room change. She was patient, professional, gracious, and knew how to work w your system to establish moving my room on a booked up night. 2. The cookies upon arrival were delicious and always a nice touch. 3. The snack "shop" was a nice addition to your lobby. Keep business at your establishment and added convenience for guests.”
