“Ok I'll start with the positives - the room was lovely, very comfortable and it was a nice surprise to find a kettle and tea sachets which is very rare in Italy. The hotel is also right in the centre of Potenza. Girl at reception was very sweet and kind despite all my moaning about the car park which I'll explain below.”
