“The housekeepers were very busy during our stay due to State Troopers being in town for the State Fair. I happened to be in the room on two of the days housekeeping came by and met two different ladies. Both were very apologetic for the late hour in the day in which they came by to clean the room. I felt they both went above and beyond. Our flight was leaving at 5:30am one day and one of the staff members arranged a cab for us in the early morning hours. He told my husband he would do so and followed up with a phone call confirming. Although our flight was canceled, we appreciate him arranging the taxi for us.”
