“We did stay for two nights at the hotel. The first night we got room 1(basement level); a very noisy room. On our request, they changed room for the 2nd night, which was a quite room on the 1st floor. Service is great, personnel very polite!”

My central London office was a short bus ride away, bus stop just a few feet away from the hotel. Bed was very comfy, and housekeeping left the room spotless everyday.
