“The hotel is located really close to the Channel Tunnel terminal. There is plenty of car parking and there is a pub/restaurant on site (though we ate at The Ship Inn,at the harbour). The hotel is clean and the bed was really comfy. It's really good value for money and had everything we needed for a comfy, 1 night stay.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. A friend whom I was with had issues with a cold meal which should have been hot. They immediately took it away and replaced it with a fresh meal. Also breakfast had a similar problem and the cost of the breakfast was refunded.”

“Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The lady on reception had the time to chat to us about the area, about the hotel, and helped us to arrange payment for the Dartford Crossing. Restaurant staff were efficient and pleasant.”
