What guests loved the most

“Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had breakfast included with our room. Breakfast was at the pub just next door. There was lots of variety. The hotel is very close to everything you want to do in Dover. Lots of parking. If you want to eat at the pub next door, make sure you make reservations in advance.”

“I travelled with 2 kids, me and both of my kids enjoyed the stay. Room was large enough (main bed plus 2 extra bed for kids), no noise from neighbouring rooms could be heard, beds comfortable. Good free Wifi and HD TV. Excellent and very helpful staff.”

“Great room and decor, clean and inviting, very comfy bed, good blackout curtains,”

, United Kingdom

“Rooms were a good size and very new, great big TV and nice washrooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to any needs that we had. The restaurant that is next door was very good and provided a great breakfast selection.”

, Canada

, United Kingdom

“Overnight stop prior to Ferry crossing. No complaints and staff were excellent.”

, United Kingdom

“We had a large family room with cot, single bed and double bed. Quite spacious for the 4 of us. Very warm in rooms but they did put a fan in each room. Nice quite hotel with adjoining pub/restaurant. Very close to Dover.”

, United Kingdom

“Friendly reception. Room good. Beefeater restaurant attached v good”

, United Kingdom

“The rooms were very clean and looked new or recently refurbished.”

, Germany

“We booked this for an overnight stay before taking an early morning ferry to Calais. for that it is good. The hotel itself is smart, clean and good value and seems to be undergoing some renovation. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there is an adjacent Beefeater (owned by same company) which was OK but not outstanding. Other than taking a ferry or visiting the nearby Battle of Britain Memorial the hotel seems a bit in the middle of nowhere but for our use it offered a good comfortable bed in close to where we wanted to spend the night.”
