“The very comfortable extra bed , the extra large room and bathroom , the swimming pool , the mountain view (depends by the room) , the nice inside decorated hotel .”
“The service in the restaurant was very poor. Only one waiter for a full restaurant. 10.00 the kitchen closes even if we did not order dessert. The second evening we had to wait for more then 30 min. for every order.”
“Liked the decor and bed - not our first time here. Bonus points for the fact that they provided accommodation as planned, although someone from marketing did call us a couple hours before arriving to provide accommodation elsewhere (for unclear reasons - "some problems at the hotel") which we politely declined asking to either keep or stay or get the money back. Kudos to the lady in reception as well for helping us with all the extra requests and guidance - we wanted to go for a late stroll uphill but were advised to keep an eye open for bears - so we decided to stay indoors rather than have surprise wildlife encounters. Big thanks to the kitchen staff as well who were kind enough to provide a late dinner even though the kitchen schedule was already past - they saved us a trip to town for a meal.”

“In regards to breakfast, wish they could have speciality coffee like cappuccino and espresso free of charge as 5*, also better variety of food and fresh juices. Otherwise, all went excellent. The valet service for luggage was excellent.”
