“I liked the staff - attentive and friendly. I got my requests to have a high-floor room and to make a late check-out fully satisfied. Location is convenient for shopping and eating out - a supermarket is at the hotel`s side, numerous restaurants nearby. A bus stop - just opposite. There is generally cheering-up-atmosphere because of many tourists at the hotel & outside.”

“from start with reception. no very friendly with smile on they faces. about payment they d'not know how to check in system. they ask me to contact booking.com. the policy say during on the stay you have to pay and one reception girl told me you not pay and after she find out the payment should be made next day in the morning when we left. breakfast very pour and the eggs missing often. toilet and shower,, specially shower out of date....in balcony can't stay because air condition radiator leaking to much water. outside was very nice the beach next to hotel and lots of restaurant or taverna around.”

“A lovely hotel, run by a lovely, warm, welcoming and helpful family - despite it being quite a large hotel it still feels very personal. Great room, with a sea view (although also directly overlooking evening 'entertainment' of Elvis nights and Greek dancing). Shower temperamenta! Ace swimming pool, never felt like a race for a deck chair. Pool never too busy. Right by the beach. Again despite the resort of Benitses clearly geared up as a tourist resort, the number of people is well absorbed. Beaches never felt too busy. Sea gorgeous. What an ace holiday!”

“Very friendly staff and very clean hotel in general Personally, I would like to say a big thank you to Angelos (night receptionist) who was very kind - despite the fact I showed up late after my best friend’s stag do - to show me the facilities of the hotel and explain where to go and what to do in Corfu. Breakfast is very good and with a good variety The room was amazing, spacious and had a massive king size luxurious bed with an office and chair as well as a small freezer for your water bottles (please note tap water is not drinkable in Corfu so you need to buy mineral still water) Beach is located literally 15 steps away from the hotel entrance and it’s got sunbeds/umbrellas but you need to pay €3 for use, but that’s a small price to pay considering the awesome view of Benitses and the fantastic waters!”
