- Please note: Children stay for free, but total guests cannot exceed max occupancy of room type<br><br>The resort will be repaving the driveway around the resort from January 29, 2018 through to February 16, 2018. Guests may experience noise/dust, will see construction equipment/workers and traffic delays during their stay.<br><br>The rooftop pool will be closed for scheduled maintenance January 29, 2018 thru March 2, 2018. The family water park and play area will remain available for guests to enjoy<br><br>Parking will be strictly enforced due to the NYE celebrations on Las Vegas Boulevard. Studios and 1 bedrooms are only allowed 1 pass per room, two bedrooms are allowed only 2 passes per room.<br><br>Complimentary Parking includes:<br>Studio Unit – 1 parking pass only per stay<br>1 Bedroom Unit – 1 parking pass only per stay<br>2 Bedroom Unit – 2 parking passes only per stay<br><br>Exceptions are infrequent but made for elevated situations at Management level. Additional vehicles will be asked to park at alternate locations (fees may apply).<br><br>The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a photo ID for verification. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification. Failure to provide valid payment could result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in.<br><br>Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.<br><br>A deposit will be charged upon check in and is fully refundable upon checkout pending any possible damages.<br><br>Roll-away beds are based on availability and subject to a 20 USD charge.<br><br>Registered guests are entitled to park 1 vehicle in valet parking per room. This is strictly enforced. Additional self-parking is available as needed. Parking passes are limited to 2 vehicles per 1 bedroom and 1 vehicle per studio.<br><br>Resort fee plus tax that is not included in the quoted rate will be collected by the hotel upon check-in.<br><br>The daily resort fee includes:<br>- Fitness room access<br>- Parking<br>- Rooftop pool<br>- Hot tub<br>- Children's splash pad<br>- In-room coffee/tea maker<br>- In-room local and toll-free calls<br>- Business centre<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>A damage deposit of USD 100 is required upon arrival. That's about 74.13GBP. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.</p><p>The property will be going through renovation works from Mon 29 Jan 2018 until Fri 02 Mar 2018. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.</p>

“Very dissapointed that the kids area was closed when we arrived. There was no mention of this on your website or Bookings.com. It was one of the main reasons I booked. There was also no indoor alternative. The shower was uncomfortable as the spray was very small. The security card system is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Almost every day we had to go to reception to have the cards reprogrammed.”
“Location was great...right on the strip, right next to MGM Grand. Easy walking distance to Bellagio and Paris resorts and the rest of the strip. Parking and internet access was included in the $25 daily resort fee. They have a one bedroom plus living room suites that are very convenient for families. There is a full kitchen as well which makes it great for saving money on some meals.”

“The service and consierge was great, they had a lot of tips for first time visitors and they provided directions on getting to places you wanted to go. The room was awesome, really big, the bed was huge, the bathroom had 2 sides so that if you are travelling with your partner, each one has their own side for their things. The bath tub was really big and water pressure was great. The complementary coffee was also good and since it was an apartment, you had necessary utensils in case you needed them, if you felt like cooking.”
