“The view from the hotel is nice but that's the only thing right with it. The shuttle service is a joke! Waited for ages then got pushed out of the way so had to wait again. No tv channels for English speaking apart from world news, the pool was ice cold even in August! The lake was warmer to swim in. We used this hotel as a place to sleep only, the place is not 4 star as rated it is not welcoming for U.K. Citizens either. Stay away if you know what's good for you.”

“Enjoyed the location of the hotel and the facilities available for family with 2 teenage boys - under 18. Loved the 50 m pool and the abundance of sunbeds. Hiring a car essential for us to see the area and try different restaurants. Drove to Venice in 1.5 hrs. Shuttle bus regular and also convenient. Staff incredibly professional, courteous, helpful throughout.”
“The location is beautiful. Great view over the lake. Hotel beds are comfy. Lunch was great! You should definitely lunch at the hotel restaurant, not at the expensive pool bar which has low quality food. Great management during lunch. Also it was really easy to travel to nearby towns. We also liked the receptionists, who were all very friendly and helpful. The diner served on the national holiday was fantastic. ”

“Rooms were great, air conditioning was good and very clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good atmosphere throughout the hotel in general and the size of the pool was huge, good music and seemed to be a lot to do for kids especially. Free shuttle bus down to the city was very helpful. Huge complex with awesome views of the lake. Free breakfast was excellent.”
