“Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Staff extremely helpful and informative. A few minutes walk to the metro station. Restaurants and shopping centre nearby. Will stay there again if we go back to Santiago.”
“I love the warm pool on the roof and the exercise machines in the basement. On New Year's Eve afternoon they rang our bell with a complimentary bottle of Chilean champagne! I love the breakfast on the roof overlooking the Andes. I like having a separate living room and kitchen. Once we asked for a wake up call, then forgot and went up to breakfast before the time. They sent someone up to check on us when we did not answer! Also, the restaurant on the first floor named Enebro was very good. We happened to use it, never expecting it to be so good.”

Easy to check in and out and they can arrange transport (private taxi) to airport which was good.
